For Sharon Fastlicht, life is a sequence of events that form a path which has obstacles but also peace and beauty. As a child, she walked Chapultepec Forest with her grandfather. When she grew up, she started taking her own children—and one day, as they were walking, she felt the urge to contribute to preserving and improving it. Today, she’s working hard to give back to the city’s historical green lung, which has always been part of her life.
