Susana Coppel García’s experience working side by side with her grandfather, Enrique, and absorbing everything he had to teach was the beginning of a path that has allowed her—and several other women in the company—to gradually reach positions that were previously exclusively filled by men. She’s also proud of the balance she’s achieved between her professional and personal life, proving by example that these two worlds are not mutually exclusive.
