Just like in her baking, Elena Reygadas takes her time with everything in life, respecting the ingredients and leaving them to simmer until they’re just right. She lists combining motherhood and the culinary arts as her greatest achievement. This holder of a BA in English Literature has garnished her life with more titles—baker, chef, entrepreneur. It took living in New York and London for her to realise how truly Mexican she is at heart.
