Keli Gadzekpo considers himself a late bloomer. He didn’t really know what he wanted to do for his career until university, and even that changed. The trajectory took him from accounting to entrepreneurship and investment banking, where he would play a critical role in helping bolster Ghana’s investment sector. “Sometimes you have to look beyond the tools in front of you to get a sense of the bigger picture.”
