After her own difficult experience with endometriosis, Katherine Berkoh started Endo Charity Ghana, and she’s devoted herself to educating others about this painful condition that affects women. Physicians, family, employers – everybody needs to know about this illness so that women who suffer from it are no longer stigmatised and told these pains are normal. “I want to empower the girls to go out there and achieve regardless of the challenges.”
