Thony Da Silva is a natural born storyteller. He wanted to become a filmmaker but fate led him down the path of communication, to a career as an advisor and strategic consultant. Confronted with varied and even extreme situations, he became a master of persuasion, an exceptional negotiator able to keep his cool at all times. In his opinion, we need to work towards better communication in our human interactions—for the sake of everyone involved.
