Yet, there was an ugly side to fame: Paola Rojas has first-hand experience of the ill-effects of social media, and of what it feels like when your fundamental human right to privacy is violated. That was when she realised that women affected by similar—or worse—situations need a voice, and made this one of the chief objectives of her journalism.
