Alejandra de la Vega is the third generation of her family living in Ciudad Juárez, and she is committed to helping her home solve its challenges. As Coordinator of the Security and Justice Bureau of Ciudad Juárez, she quickly learned new ways of engaging, collaborating, and cooperating with other people in the community. She learned to use multiple perspectives and shape them into a virtuous circle, where people can truly help each other and create real change. “We must build, not destroy.
