The fight against injustice is what gets Bea Gasca out of bed. Through her work, she strives to address the inequality faced by women every day, especially in the labour market. The apathy she sees in some young people baffles her; instead, she wants to ask them to look within themselves and find what can drive them forward and help them transcend limitations. Her path could lie in politics, but she has decided to be a mother first.
