Active in Hong Kong’s political life for over sixty years, Hilton Cheong-Leen has been instrumental in effecting changes that have improved the lives of Hongkongers for decades, including one of his most notable accomplishments: the introduction of nine-year compulsory education. “Education is one of the most important subjects.
