Dr Paul Orhii broke through the limitations of an impoverished background to achieve numerous goals in science, medicine, and law. Now, in his capacity as Director General of NAFDAC, he has embarked on an inspiring campaign to clean up the pharmaceutical industry. “Nigeria means everything to me. Whatever I’m doing in life, I strive to be a shining example, a role model to show other people what is possible no matter where you come from, no matter what race you are – your dreams are valid. And if you work very hard and focus, you can realize those dreams.”
