As a child, Franck-Alcide Kacou developed a secret passion for reading and writing – and later on, rapping. After completing a Master’s in International Finance, he gave up on what would have been a promising career to follow his passion, first in France and then back home. Now at the helm of Universal Music Africa, he plays a leading role in developing creative business models for the African market and giving local talent new opportunities.
