At just twenty years old, Ghita Chafik is a world-class jujitsu champion – a title she worked very hard for indeed. After giving judo a try, she settled in her early teens for this “art of flexibility” instead. Emerging speech problems made her life at high school a nightmare – until she turned to sport as the antidote. A very optimistic person, Ghita maintains that tomorrow will be better than today, and that every problem has its solution.
