Born to an English father and Mexican mother, Gina Badenoch grew up in a country of contrasts. Determined and passionate about eradicating inequality, she speaks up, claiming a voice for those who aren’t seen for their potential. She’s created more than 3,600 jobs for people with disabilities, guiding their sensory experiences and changing paradigms. Not realising the potential blind people possess is more limiting than their lack of eyesight, Gina notes.
