Architect by training, travel aficionado and third generation entrepreneur, Jennifer Liu is bringing the casual, laid-back elegance of her favourite European coffee and food destinations to Hong Kong – and the broader East Asia region. Founder of Caffé HABITU and its parent company Sir Hudson International, Jennifer believes in the importance of trusting yourself, being proactive and knowing when the timing’s right. “If I have a vision about something, I’ll get it done; it’s just a matter of when and how,” she explains. “I hardly let go of my dreams. I’m always hunting, one goal after another.”
