Starting from a background in math and banking, José Antonio Díaz founded social impact enterprise Provive in 2008, buying and refurbishing abandoned and allotted houses and selling them at affordable prices to low-income people, and working to regenerate local communities and transform neighborhoods. His recipe for success is always combining purpose and fun. “You must have a purpose in life, but you must also have fun and be responsible for it. Do not mistake it with making a mess,” Antonio explains. “Having fun is profound—be insightful enough to know if it is feeding your soul.”
