At 28 years old, José Varcasia was already a flight captain at Copa. His parents’ insistence to complement his training as a pilot with a university degree made all the difference, while competing as a triathlete strengthened his determination. Disciplined and methodical, he refuses to surrender to difficulties and continues to aim ever higher. His current goals? To participate in an Iron Man World Championship and to manage an airline.
