From selling desserts out of her own kitchen to operating a bakery and four award-winning restaurants, Narise Nabil Kamber turned a passion into a successful business venture. She now gives cooking classes, appears on cooking shows in her country and abroad, and represents Bahrain at international industry events, garnering acclaim for her traditional concoctions. “Bahrain has given me so much,” Narise says. “Now I want to give back to it.”
