At 14, Pedro Brache was sent to study in the US. Almost 10 years after his character-forming move abroad, he returned to the Dominican Republic, intending to joining the family business. Soon, he realised that humility was key; to be any good, he would have to learn everything from scratch, working his way up the ranks. Today, he chairs CONEP (National Council of Private Enterprise), still learning and improving by working alongside the country’s 23 most important entrepreneurs.
