Sharifa Al Barami is a poised young businesswoman who has received numerous awards and unanimous recognition for her entrepreneurial accomplishments. Achieving personal success, however, has never satisfied Ms Al Barami. On the contrary, personal advancements have only made Al Barami more motivated to help ambitious young entrepreneurs find their own way. “I meet with a lot of young people who lack confidence and are afraid of failure,” she says. “There is no such thing as failure.
