Among the intoxicating smells of her recipes, Tere Cazola confesses she doesn’t quite know how to answer our questions about the secret of her success. What she does know is that optimism, a positive attitude, and finding time for things she enjoys are all part of the potent mixture that has powered her trajectory since that March day in 1985, when she invested the first 250 pesos in ingredients to make cakes—which she sold in a manner of seconds.
