After earning his degree in architecture, Tonye Patrick Cole worked hard to catapult his career from architect to Executive Director of Sahara Group, but his true passion lies in encouraging young Africans. “Life is like a jigsaw puzzle. You see the picture, you know what it is meant to look like, and from there you start putting the pieces together. If you are patient and diligent, you will actualize that picture. The good thing about Nigeria is that every piece of the puzzle is there – maybe in the wrong place, but there. You just have to understand what you want and put the pieces together!”
