Úrsula Wilhelm’s self-confidence allowed her to progress in the financial sector, shattering the glass ceiling as she ascended to important positions where, unfortunately, women still are a minority. She wants to change the misconception that there are few opportunities open to women, as she can see millions of successful females working hard across the country. Being mother to two sons has given her valuable insight into gender roles.
