Born in Abidjan and passionate about agronomy since childhood, Aboubakar Karim knew his calling very early on. Earning a Bachelor's in Agroeconomics from the University of Laval in Quebec, Aboubakar returned to Cote d’ Ivoire in 2017 to spearhead precision agriculture. He is Founder and CEO of Investiv, an agricultural consulting firm that pioneered the use of drones for farming – now widely recognised far and beyond his home country’s borders.
