After growing up in the UK, Akosua Dentaa Amoateng, MBE saw an opportunity to promote Ghanaians doing great things in the world. With her husband, she created the Ghana UK-Based Achievement Awards (GUBA), which soon gave way to GUBA Careers and the GUBA Expo, as well as charity and fundraising. In 2016, she was honoured by the Queen of England as a Member of the British Empire (MBE). “I’m a believer that anything and everything is possible.”
