She began to travel the world at age 15, eventually settling in Panama 16 years ago. Dacil Acevedo identifies with Panama because, like herself, this country is a bridge. Driven by a great interest in volunteering and CSR, she worked for several multilateral agencies and had great mentors – and she became one, too. After serving in leadership positions for business associations, Dacil is now the first female president of COSPAE in 35 years.
