Born in Montreal and brought up by open-minded parents – a doctor father, a marketing executive mother – Dina Heikel got an early taste of entrepreneurship. Working for the Axa startup studio in Paris and then in London, she could have settled for an international, run-of-the-mill career. Instead, she chose to go back to Casablanca, launch a digital media agency, Maghribiyates, and devote it to showcasing Moroccan women at their best.
