Passionate about treating each of his patients with respect and putting a smile on their face, interventional cardiologist Dr Ibrahim Al Rashdan set out to transform cardiology in Kuwait and the region through a multi-faceted approach that tackles doctor-patient relationships, ongoing professional education, and the improvement of medical procedures.
