Herman Chinery-Hesse moved back to Ghana after studying in the US and working in the UK to start theSOFTtribe, a software company that designs and implements computerised business application systems. Herman leveraged his manufacturing background to fill a gap he saw in Ghana’s software landscape and to train and empower young workers. “Everybody has to contribute to building the nation.
