Joseph Boahen Aidoo (JB) grew up among the cocoa farms of Ghana, and now as CEO of the Ghana Cocoa Board, he is working to bring positive change for farmers and their families. This vision goes in hand with his acute awareness of rural life in Ghana after spending years conducting field research across the country. “My purpose is to make life better for people in rural communities.”
