Mayra González grew up in a home that encouraged competition, independence, and effort. These three traits have helped define the success of her career. In a male-dominated industry, she has climbed her way up to become chairperson and CEO of Nissan Mexicana. But for Mayra it was never about being a woman amongst men in her professional life.
