Following impressive academic studies in the United States, Yasser Al Zadjali returned to Oman to help with the family business and to contribute his knowledge and skills to his country. Having learnt the value of hard work, patience and responsibility at a very young age, Al Zadjali grew to also appreciate the importance of achieving a balance between professional achievement and family life. “Sometimes we become too greedy and too excited about success and we forget the people behind it,” he says. “Spending time with your family is very important; it is part of your happiness.”
