Aaditya Khimji is an ambitious young leader, but his greatest strength in the workplace is his humility. While the young Director is confident in himself and in his leadership, he also knows that he has much to learn from his elders. “In a country like Oman, the younger generation needs to listen to the older generation,” he says. “We cannot move forward unless we first understand where we have been. It is a shame to have all of this accumulated wisdom around us and not to absorb and learn from it!”
