Flora Coffi-Sika did not become a brilliant student until the fifth grade but, from then on, she excelled in many areas. She graduated from the London School of Economics but all of Flora’s numerous experiences abroad served as a constant reminder of her deep-rooted, unbreakable links to her native country. She was Olam Côte d’Ivoire’s Vice President in charge of the company’s cocoa division and a key decision maker when it comes to local operations. Today she is the Director of Sustainability at Olam Food Ingredients Afrique.
