When Gigi Tung began to focus her efforts on food rescue for the impoverished, it was a calling of faith. She had no idea that one day Food Angel would grow to feed thousands of people on a regular basis. It’s been an epic journey, and she’s learned a lot of things along the way, mostly how grateful people can be and how one small act of love can change another person’s life. “Get out there and have real-life experiences. There are other ways to learn things instead of just seeing everything from the Internet.”
