A born and raised architect, Kholood Akbari found her passion in green architecture, and she’s on a mission to spread the message of environmental sustainability across Bahrain. On her way, she draws strength from every challenge: “I always try to find the lesson behind the challenges. No matter how painful, I know that through them, I'm going to a higher place,” she smiles. “Through challenges, I’ve become a spiritual and very positive person.”
