Laye Camara’s passion for basketball developed when he was a teenager. Born in Conakry in 1977, he moved to France, where he played semi-professionally for 15 years while also working various odd jobs. At the age of 30, he return to Guinea with his family and with his eyes set firmly on one goal: to build a dry-earth brick machine to enable sustainable construction in the country. He accomplished this with Layetech Engineering & Innovation.
