Manuel Arango is the founder of Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía (CEMEFI), one of the top philanthropic centers in Mexico. Early on, he learned many lessons from the industrious example set by his father. After a business success of his own, Manuel realized he had a responsibility to engage in civic action. From that point, there was no turning back. And although he has already achieved so much in philanthropy, he has no plans to stop working. “I’ve never considered my efforts to be a sacrifi ce. I have a passion for people, equality, and justice.”
