Wafa Ahmed Al-Qatami has embraced each phase of her trajectory with passion and tenacity, from her early work at the Kuwait Real Estate Bank to her service as the first woman on the board of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry. “I am proud of each part of my career,” she reflects, crediting her willingness to diligently learn about her field as one of her greatest assets and experiences in climbing the corporate ladder. She encourages the youth to find their own wells of perseverance: “Maybe you fail the first or second time, but don’t give up. Maybe there’s something you missed—try again and learn from your mistakes.”
