Born in Dixinn to a diplomat family, Biro Diallo started his studies in civil engineering in Conakry and completed them in London. He initially worked in the British construction industry, joined a mining group, and gained experience from different projects in diverse locations, as well as his native country. Since 2021, he has been the General Manager of the Autonomous Port of Conakry, contributing hands-on to the development of Guinea.
