Her father was instrumental in her life, encouraging her to join the Moroccan ski team at the 1992 Winter Olympics and passing on his passion for economics. Ghalia Sebti Bennani studied in Paris and married early. Falling in love with Moroccan arts and crafts, the young couple started a traditional zellige mosaic company, patenting a pre-assembled method that opened the doors of the world. They export to everywhere but South America – so far.
